April is full of key events: from Qatar to Algeria and Egypt

April slumbers. But certainly not in our case. Indeed, for P.E Labellers April will be full of very interesting events and exhibitions spread across different corners of the world.

Our month will start in Qatar, where we’ll be from 2nd to 4th April to take part in the most important trade fair of the Gulf Cooperation Council: Foodex Qatar (stand F200 – Hall 5). The country’s standard of living rose considerably in recent years and with it people’s diet shifted to high-protein foods, packaged products that are fast to prepare and eat. This led to a growth of the food industry. Foodex Qatar will provide an excellent platform for food and beverage manufacturers, as well as for companies that invest in food technology and services for the industry.

From 10th to 13th April we will instead move to Algeria to get on a world-class stage: we will indeed be at Djazagro (stand 1 K 043), one of the most prestigious and anticipated events of the food industry. During the trade fair professional visitors will be able to meet the food industry’s leading companies, experts and operators from the four corners of the world.

But our month does not end here. Our last trip in April will be in Egypt for Africa Food Manufacturing, due to be held from 22nd to 24th April (stand H2.E35). With its 17,000 m² exhibition area and over 200 exhibitors, this is the leading event in Egypt and North Africa in the food industry. On display there will be all the technology and ingredients forming the industrial food process: packaging and industrial processes, food-processing technology, food ingredients and food logistics.
