Technological developments in the spotlight at Drinktec 2013

In the dairy industry for example, several innovations in terms of hygiene will be presented: based on the keywords “easy to clean”, new principles of “hygienic design” have been studied and applied, which will allow you to clean and make systems available in a shorter time.
The innovations in the wine sector include the upcoming retirement of the historic presses used for grape pressing, after Drinktec 2013, making way for modern decanters, scroll centrifuges easier to use and more effective for operators.
As far as processes of labelling and finishing are concerned, they will be more precise and quicker thanks to new compact and flexible solutions, with a high degree of automation.
